Payments and Discounts
Yellow Hazel accepts the following payment options (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, Pay Pal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay) and all prices are listed in USD. We currently do not sell internationally.
Yellow Hazel is required to collect Ohio Sales Tax for customers that reside in the state of Ohio.
You may fund your PayPal account through any means and then use that method to check out.
In the event a promotional code is offered, Yellow Hazel is not responsible if the promotional code is not entered at checkout, and it cannot be retroactively applied as payment is processed automatically.
You can use only ONE promotional code per order in addition to any E-Gift Card/Store Credit codes.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email sent the email associated with your order. Orders are processed as quickly as possible but can take up to 10 business days to process. Shipping time is not included in processing time, and you will receive another email once your order is shipped. Orders are processed on business days only, which does not include weekends or holidays.
You may check the history of your orders and current status by logging into your account.
NOTE – Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed as payment is processed automatically. We highly recommend reviewing all Order Information before submitting as we work hard to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
